These general conditions of sale contribute to defining the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the commercial relationships existing between the company XYACHT LUXURY LTD and the other subjects, or each subject who purchases a product (hereinafter the "Customer"). .

Each order placed by the Customer on the Website is subject, without reservations, to these GCS.
These represent the mutual commitments undertaken by XYACHT LUXURY LTD and by the Customer who expressly accepts them.

The Customer can select one or more products/services from the various categories offered on the Site.
The Customer acknowledges that the content of the Site may vary and the company XYACHT LUXURY LTD reserves the right to modify the variety of products offered on the Site at any time, without prejudice to the orders placed by the Customer.

The Customer acknowledges and accepts that the selling price of the product depends on the country of purchase which determines the currency in which the price will be displayed.

The exchange rate at the time of order confirmation is applicable in the currency of the country in which the product is purchased. If the payment card used by the Customer applies a currency other than that indicated on the invoice, the final sale price of the products will conversion of the price indicated on the invoice into the currency applicable to the Customer's payment card.
